[1000mp] Strange Happenings

Duh, why didn't I think of that.  Well I brought in my 706 from the car and 
listened on it while transmitting on the MARK V and no doubt, it sounds like 
CRAP with the PROC on with both the stock hand mike and a HEIL PRO PLUS head 
set. He was also right about being on both sidebands at the same time. 
Guess I'll try a full reset and see what happens.
