Yes, simple interface circuits are published all over the place.  A trip to 
RS for a DB25 connector, 2 transistors and 2 resistors will yield a cw 
keying and PTT interface. Building simple stuff like this should be the rule 
for hams if you're physically able.  Kinda like dipole antennas . . .
