There was a post about the tuner not tuning properly,because of stray 
rf, and the fix was to put ferrite beads on both ends of the power 
cable. I have not done this yet, but while I am at it I am going to slip 
some braid over the power cable just in case. My Mk V will get rf in the 
speaker if the radio is not rf grounded or the mic plug shell is not 
screwed in tightly.  I am using the stock Yaesu hand mic on my radio.
I guess you could build a Faraday cage for the rig. I always use 
shielded cable for every other connection.
