[1000mp] Yaesu Mark V & FL-2100 Series

The Mark V produces a 200w spike @ PTT.

I blew two sets of PSU transistors on my FL-7000 before discovering the 
problem.
Yaesu knows about the problem but offer no solution.  I wrote them and got 
on reply.  The menu setting of 75W does not correct the problem.  I and 
others have discussed this problem here in the past.

The Amitron solid state is having problems of the same kind I have been 
told.

I now drive the FL-7000 with a Kenwood TS-870 with no problems.
