Roger, I have an 1000MP with exactly the same problem. So far it seems
that the change over relay might be the culprit. That would cause a
problem on all bands as well. A slight tap on the PTT will restore
normality. I observed that it would be a half day job to get that
relay replaced, so I delayed the job for a while longer. If ANYONE
has a better guess what might be the problem, Roger and I both would
like to know!! Cliff K7RR
