[1000mp] Clicks/Thumps Addendum

In my previous post about resolving CW clicks and/or thumps in
headphones I forgot to mention one important item:.

Dean, KG7MZ, noted earlier that the "thump" is low frequency and can be
eliminated by adding capacitors at the headphones. It appears that
removing the INRAD from the "Narrow 1" slot and substituting the Yaesu
Collins filter fixed the mid-frequency "click" problem but not the low
frequency "thump." My JRC communications headset (mono) which I was
using throughout my experimenting does not reproduce low frequencies and
therefore I heard no "thump." However, putting on a wide-range stereo
pair I use during DX pileups reveals the "thumps" are still there so I
will have to install caps in those.
