[1000mp] preference question

the 200 w. is nice to have.  If you drive a grounded grid cathode input amp
a little extra oomph is nice as some of those amps on some bands need a bit
more than 100 w.  if you have no amp the 200 w. makes a difference.
"experts" may say 200 w. is only x db more than 100 w. but trust me--it is
noticable increase.

I would get the field only if I traveled a lot and wanted an all-in-one
package, like for a dx-pedition or if I had a summer cabin I wanted to take
a rig to.  If you get the Mk V the p.s. comes with it -- i found out some
people don't realize that.
