Use the DIN-5 input and the PKT mode.  Yes, you will be in LSB but 
that will not matter for PSK or AFSK RTTY (MMTTY assumes LSB) ... 

Some other poorly designed software for odd modes expects USB and 
has no way to invert the audio passband but that is a problem for 
the software writer.  If you run into that situation, complain to 
the author - very loudly! 

There are several advantages to using the DIN-5 input:   (1) the 
audio processing is automatically disabled (greatly reduces any 
distortion/IMD), (2) the microphone is disconnected so you do not 
get "shack sounds" in the background, (3) you do not need to be 
connecting/disconnecting cables or resort to an external switching 
device (e.g., RigBlaster).
