[1000mp] FT-1000 MK V Field

Hi Roger...

I'd say it's normal. First time I turned my new Field on, it on it 
took about a minute. Since then (3 months) its taken anywhere from 
zero to 30 seconds depending on how long the rig has been turned off. 
The important part is: It has never failed to come on.

Annoying though, 'cuz my original 1996 MP did not do this.
