[1000mp] roofong filter and menu 9.1

If you didn't have the previous INRAD mod installed, don't change the
setting. If you make any changes make sure you make a note what the original
number was.

If you are concerned about the S meter you could try reducing the 9-1
setting by one number. Or adjust for best signal to noise ratio as other
posters have suggested. I believe most of those posts were talking about the
if mod, not the roofing filter.
