[1000mp] noise from the tuner or final section (ft-1000mp)

Hello all,
 
my radio is producing some noise whyle transmitting on 10m fm (with and  
without tuner)
The noise is not heard on the outgoing signal an can be changed or stopped  
by reducing the output power. 
 
Any info?
