[1000mp] ft1000mp mk5 filters died

Hello All,

While using my FT-1000mp MK5 this evening on
40m CW, all of the sudden both of the NAR1 and NAR2
bandwith filters cut out. Basically no audio out of the
rig at all. NOR mode works fine. In SSB mode, all of the
filters seem to work although it almost seems like the 
2nd and 3rd IF filters are too sharp. 

The rig is loaded with the following filters:

All INRAD:
708-B, 709-B, 702-C, 704-C, 721-C

I tried resetting the micro but that didn't help.
I currently have menu options set as follows:

5-0 off	
5-1 on
5-2 8.2-455
5-3 on 
5-5 on
5-6 on
5-7 on

(this was after resetting the micro - I did not originally
set up the radio.)

Any ideas what could be going on?
