hahahahahaha yeah I can related. Took me a while to get up the nerve to
make the key click mod. Even after I got the RF board out I almost
chickened out. I finally decided that since I have it out I may as well do
the mod. Ended up not being as bad as I thought. I used the Radio Shack
solder station that can either be 20w or 40w.
My filter is on order, but I also plan to order two 250Hz filters for the IF
and I will wait until I get them before I go back in.
