Just a quick comment on the service manuals and download speeds.
To the best of my knowledge, the Service Manual is called "Technical
Supplement". I have one here in printed form for the MP.
 
For the MP, it only contains the printed section and the schematics. I was
unable to scan the circuit boards so they are not included.

For the Mark V, it is the complete supplement is one file.

The website is hosted on a commercial server with a dedicated DSL Line and
is the only website on that server.

The download speed dropped as there were about 20 people downloading at the
same time in the last few days. Normal download speed should be in the 80 to
120 range, so a file that is 113MB (Mark V) will take a while. I was able to
download at that rate early this morning, but yesterday speeds had dropped
to around 15.

If slow downloading persists, I will add a second download location for the
larger manuals.

Well I got the one for the Mark V.  It was 116M when downloaded.  Sure took 
a while to get it here though.
