<Can you imagine having a problem and shipping the sucker back to Y for

<and Inrad roofing filter, besides I'll bet hard cash the receiver
<performance won't be enough to mention, if any. Latest example the
<Icom Pro III, see Mar. QST. BDR is pitiful.

Well, I'm taking delivery of a Mark V Field today in time for the contest this weekend to see if it can unseat
my favorite transceiver--a modified FT-920 :-)
However, I will not be able to pull up a screen showing a world map, click on a location, and have my beam
(which I do not have) automatically rotate to the proper heading. And I won't be able to click in a narrower "roofing" filter
and/or use a 5-band parametric audio equalizer to do weak signal DXing. A Mark V it ain't.
