[1000mp] Click mod IF question

I noticed that the March 2005 issue of QST does NOT have an advertisement
for the FTDX9000.  They went back to the MarkV/Field. Is this an attempt
to deplete the inventory or "ARE THEY HAVING A PRODUCTION PROBLEM WITH
THE 9000 SERIES"???  Maybe that's the reason for the FCC Type delay??
 
And maybe Chip KNOWS something that we obviously DO NOT KNOW!!

Still a demo unit !! Seven months after I saw the demo at Dayton , they 
still don't have an operational unit.
