[1000mp] Mark V Field Settings for Sound Card Modes

Some months ago I successfully set up my Mark V Field to support the various sound card modes.  This is done through menu 8-6 (User Settings).

The other day my Field failed to transmit (I'm using MixW and an Isoterm Dual by G3LIV ..supports an Icom 775 and the Field via the rig's packet connector).  Not sure why it's not transmitting on digital modes.  While attempting to troubleshoot I may have changed the settings under 8-6.

So, I have two questions:

(a) can someone tell me what the correct setting are under 8-6 
(b) any ideas why the Field fails to go into transmit?  The Isoterm Dual works just fine with the Icom775.
