[1000mp] Mark V & High SWR W/Linear

I experienced the same high SWR problem on my Mark V Field. I traced it to 
two problems.

My linear amplifier is an old Dentron Clipperton L without tuned input. By 
placing a Dentron CM-2 outboard tuned input in line
and also cleaning the T/R relay the high SWR problem went away.
