[1000mp] Spottinf Feature

The spotting feature has been the subject of discussion hear since 1995 and
the original MP. Let's face it, tuning in a cw signal is really more art
then science. If we can't do it ear, we need to stick with SSB. This was a
feature the marketing guys probably thought up.
