[1000mp] 40 Meter unique problem

I had similar symptoms in my FT1000Mark-V on 40m (however - I do not know if
this is an issue also in 1000MP).

The reason was that on 40m (where I have rather high SWR) one of the coils
in the rig's antenna tuner arced to ground. This is a known problem in
1000MpV - you should find discussion threads about this from the 1000mp
archieve.
