[1000mp] Mk V Field, strange behaviour!

Hi Andy,
For what it's worth I have not notice the behavior you described. I
just tested to make sure and in QSK mode I get an instant 0 S meter
reading in between code elements. I do get very slight noise between
code elements through headphones and even less through the speaker but
I've heard that is normal with these rigs. I even tried with CW filters
turned off. The serial # is 2H070406 and I got it on 12/30/2003 and
only 2,211 Qs on the clock.
