Hello William,
The ALC-cable is just a standard cable like you say, nothing special. But to
use the ALC is very important! Not only in your situation with the 200 Watt
Mark-V, but with the Field too.
Yes, be careful with your 50 MHz antenna. SSB woul'nt be such a problem but
a continious carrier of more then 100 Watt could be disastrous.
BTW; do you allready have all the filters in the Mark-V?
