[1000mp] Mrk V Field Vibrating/Noisy fan

As I Racal, the fan has some rubber buffers/shock absorbers that it is 
mounted on.  If a person is not careful during reassemble, the mounts 
will make direct contact and then the vibration of the fan is 
transferred directly to the radio rather than being absorbed by the rubber.

It is a good bet that this is what happened to your radio, and it should 
be easy to fix.
