[1000mp] audio filters for the Mark V

Dear John - N3DRK:
I do not know what "the hiss" is nor what "the mod" is.
Coming at your question from the point of view that you are hearing
an excess of higher audio frequency noise when listening to the Mk V, I
suggest the use of the built in, push-button selectable low-pass filter.
Obviously, if the higher frequency audio noise is being generated after
the internal filtering, then a filter between the Mk V and your
headphones could be effective.
Using headphones, I do not hear anything that could be called
"hiss."
Try the internal filters and report back.
