[1000mp] MP Roofing Filter from INRAD

Ok, I just checked in CW mode, I don't have a 250 hz filter though.  I 
see 1 db difference between 0-9 turned on and off.  Sound level meter 
on the speaker out.  As I said before the tone of the noise changes but 
the level change is very small.  I don't know if I am seeing or hearing 
the same thing the others are, but I'd like to know.
