[1000mp] sticking relay problem

I just got off the phone with Burkhardt whom so many have recommended.
He says he's NEVER had a relay problem and is aware that we are talking about it on the
reflector but that is NOT the problem.
He's never had to replace a relay.

Now what do I do? lol
