Perhaps they mean to target the CB market...

Great - that means we get clicks, and omnipresent NB 
artifacts and the like.  ;-)

I agree it appears to be vaporware with the goal 
of trying to put doubt and hesitation into the minds 
of all those who are considering the Orion or new
Icom.
