[1000mp] Monitor roughness

I have read that an input of -73 dbm should yield a S-9 on the meter. I'm
not familiar with dbu. I have the IF gain mod in my Mark V.

With my signal generator at -73dbm I had to reduce my IF gain from 9 to 8 to
reach that value. Even at 8 and with signals of 40 over 9 there's a slight
bit of overloading.
