Getting THE message through and getting MANY messages though are different
stories, however.  After 12hours of listening to a the CW of a Pro-2 I
wondered why the Icom dudes didn't put an aspirin dispenser in the thing....
My ears rang for 3 days.

I think it's N4ZR who maintains a contest station database on the web.
Check out the ratio of MP's to Pro-2's in use 'round the globe by
contesters.  No surprise what you'll find.
