[1000mp] AM Carrier setting

That's what it seems like.
Actually as I looked at it a bit more. I've got all my rigs run into a 
Collins wattmeter.
That's the one that varies.
I've looked at the rig's power output "bar" graph meter for po and it 
holds steady at 15 watts.
The little pot is really touchy though.
