[1000mp] MKV TX and RX Frequencies different?

In USB I all most always have the IRT set at +.04 for the station calling 
me to sound "natural" which suggests that the TX and RX frequencies are a 
little different.

Is there an adjustment to compensate for a difference between TX and RX 
freq? I see that you can offset the TX and RX PLLs for "User Setting" but I 
don't see it for normal operation.
