Hey, now! Not all class actions are unfair. i just received a check for a
class action I didn't even realize I was a part of . My check - $.09 ! I'm
going to invest it and let it grow towards a new radio.

See the latest John Grissom novel, "The King of Torts". The only guys who
come out OK on the class action suits are the lawyers. Their objective is to
get a settlement of some sort and get it to include covering their costs
(whatever they claim those to be) and get a little something for the class
action clients. The company looks to make it impossible for anyone to sue
them.
