[1000mp] FT1000MP TUNER Question

Had my FT1000MP calibrated & aligned by authorized dealer (now 100w out on
all bands). After alignment auto tuner does not give me 1:1 reading anymore.
Best I can do is 1:3. I know that difference would not amount to anything
but curious as to why auto tuner characteristics have change. Any thoughts
????
