Very nice, Hans.  The pictures will be very helpful.  I am curious why you 
decided to do the click mod directly on the circuit board, instead of 
mounting it on a terminal strip as W8JI suggests.

Also, what is the technique for removing the surface-mount resistor without 
harming the PC board?
