[1000mp] Roofing Filters

Pete, I am just not sure how that 7db relates to the noise floor. It may
just raise the noise level 7db along with the signal.  Good question.  I
have asked INRAD this question and am awaiting a reply.

As Tom stated, it would be nice to have both, and maybe we will in the
future..  We can have it now if we want to spend about 8k more and get the
9000.  Actually I think the 9000 has three switched roofing filters, 12, 6
and 3kc, or something like that.   I think my 8k would be better spent on
antenna farming, were I able to let loose of that kind of money.
