[1000mp] Re: Mark V Field Power Output IMD Specs

They are BLF147, BHF power MOS transistor by Philips and rated at 150 
W. each.  Third order IMD bottoms out at 80 watts, -45 db , at 100 
watts looks to be about -42.  It goes up at 40 watts -37 db.
