The Field has bipolar transistors, 2SC2879s(not 2SC2897s). The MKV has FETs
in the finals. Not sure of what type FET, though.

The data on the components and configuration of the Field PA is interesting.
Does anyone have similar information for the Mk V?  I am not at home right
now and I have not had mine very long.  I'd be interested in finding out the
type and number of PA transistors, optimum power for each one with regard to
low IMD ... the sort of data that's been given here for the Field just now.
