I do not have a Yaesu, but the calculations I made for my IC-765 which
operates quite well on 60 meters reveal that the audio characteristics
(speakers voice, mic, any processing, occupied transmit bandwidth, etc.
etc. ) have much more to do with remaining within the assigned channel that
the frequency accuracy of the radio calibration. Those channels are pretty
tight for most audio setups.
