[1000mp] FT-1000D Menu System Help

Hello Everyone!

Can anyone tell me how to get into the menu system on my FT-1000D (if =
there is one)? I've tried holding the fast & lock buttons while powering =
up then pressing fast and enter, but nothing happens. The few noted in =
the manual work, such as the Las Vegas routine. The radio has 6.0 =
software. Let me know.
