[1000mp] No VRF or IDBT on Mark V

VRF or the IDBT wil not turn on, any mode or band.   Could someone run menu 
9-5 self Check and tell me if the VRF or/and the IDBT flash on during the 
test. This should tell me if power is getting to the unit board or the 
switches if they are suppose to flash.  Thanks
