Don't be misled into believing that the FH-1 is a memory keyer.  It
merely allows access to the MP's built-in memory keyer.

An alternative to the FH-1 is my program named "MPCW" which emulates the
FH-1.  It is available for download as freeware on VA3CR's Web Site.

There's no reason at all why using the FH-1 (or MPCW) should alter the
weighting.
