[1000mp] FT1000 rig control interface and settings.

Anyone familiar with the Yaesu FT1000 radio.  I know someone who wants to
use this radio with DXBase2003.  Just wondering if
anyone is using the FT1000 with DXbase?  He tried the default setting for
FT1000d and also FT1000mp but said it didn't work.

And does this radio require a straight through cable or a null modem cable.
