Yes, I found out the same thing about the 'phones being temporarily out of
service when I was able to connect in the afternoon. I've never had anything
go wrong with any piece of Yaesu gear, so never had to call for service. So
you can imagine that it was pretty scary to have no response to a week's
worth of eMails to them, and then get the message that the telephones were
no longer in service. BTW, HRO is going to replace the entire QUADRA system,
at their suggestion. All's well that ends well.

Just tried the number as I was hoping they had not changed it yet again.
The number is in service, they were having technical problems earlier
with their system. If you have problems with the extension, just punch
"0" and number sign and let the operator get you through.
