[1000mp] keying mod... do it

Not sure how much it will help but since I have the rig in pieces I'm going
to do it anyway, or at least try.  I have the INRAD key click mod done and
the board out so no big deal..........BUT.....how do you remove the surface
mount resister like he says????  I can barley see it let alone remove it.
Any ideas would be taken well on this end.
