Almost correct.    Against popular belief, warranties are not free, they are 
built into the price of the equipment.

If a piece of electronic gear lasts the first 30 days you are almost 
completely out of the woods.

Good luck with those Quadras, I prefer the QRO Amplifier line without all the 
idiot proof stuff that fails and causes the amplifier to quit working.
