I find the MP schematics almost undecipherable and tend to go cross-eyed 
trying to follow the lines, but it appears like the keying circuitry is on 
the CNTL-UNIT board (Q5041?) so Billy raised a good flag.  Perhaps someone 
who knows what they're doing and has better eyesight can take a glimpse at 
the schematics.
