That's right, but a little hazy, maybe.  Turn the radio on while the FAST 
and LOCK keys are both pressed.  THEN press FAST and ENTER as if you were 
going into the normal menu, and you'll find the 9-x entries above the 8-xs 
or below the 0-xs.
