[1000mp] Re: MP Clicks

Well, I can say one thing. After being convinced I should do some further 
checks, I found that my very late FT-1000MP definitely does not have clicks. 
Previous checks did not have the signal levels that seem to be indicated in 
this string. (20 over S9 seems high, but an interesting test anyway.) What I 
did find was that the IC-746 (s/n 99xx) and TS-940S (s/n 711xxxxx) radios I 
was using for the tests do have clicks. Anyone know of any published fixes on 
these radios? Hope I have enough solder!

I suggest that this is a good test. It only confirms my suspicion that these 
things happen somewhat randomly. One other good thing -- I never knew there 
were this many people using CW. Restores my faith!
