[1000mp] CWType with Rigblaster+ and Mark V -- Config?

Has anyone got this trio working (CWType, Rigblaster Plus and Mark V)?
I'm stumped on the CWType.ini file setup strings.  Would appreciate a =
post with your
working .ini file.  The one on Mountain West's site doesn't work for me. =
 MixW
runs great but the CWGet and Type seem better package for my use.
