[1000mp] SB-220 with Mark V

I used to have an SB-220 that I used with my MP, and it was OK SWR-wise. A
couple of bands were rather high, but none bad enough to have to retune the
input coils. I think that AG6K described how to do it, but I'm not sure.
My recollection is that you'd have to remove the front panel and tune them
with the amp running. That means you'd have to defeat the B+ interlock
protection. That never sounded very appealing to me.

Tom I tried using a SB220 with a TR7 Drake and had the same problem until I
tweaked the input coils with a swr meter in the line between the 7 and
SB220. hope this helps.
